Information for California residents about professional profiles and requests under California privacy law.
nilbash is operated by Nilbash LLC.
What this service handles
Account and contact identifiers, professional profile and work-history details, verification status, payment and credit records, messages, access records, and session information may be processed when you use nilbash. Public directory fields can be seen by visitors; professional contact information may be made available to members through paid, time-limited access. Service providers such as Neon, Stripe, SendGrid, and Twilio support storage, payments, email, and SMS.
Requests you can make
California law may give you rights to know and access collected information, request correction or deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. You may also ask about limits on the use of sensitive personal information where relevant. We do not treat an opt-out request as a reason to deny rights available to you under law.
Because this product offers paid access to professional contact information, whether an activity is legally a “sale” or “sharing” must be assessed rather than assumed away. You can request an opt-out review without buying credits or creating a new account.
How to make an opt-out or privacy request
Email support@nilbash.com with the subject “California privacy request” and say whether you want to opt out of future disclosures, access information, correct it, or request deletion. If you have an account, use its email address if possible; do not send government ID or payment-card details with your first message. We may need to verify requests that would disclose or change account data.
Members can also switch off Active Data Licensing in Settings; doing so hides their profile from the directory and stops new contact-access grants, but it cannot recall information already disclosed. You do not need an account to email an opt-out request. The Data Rights page covers other options.
