    Data Rights

Practical ways to review and manage the information tied to your professional profile.

nilbash is operated by Nilbash LLC.

Initial draft for review. This is general information, not legal advice. The operator should confirm its legal identity, contact details, applicable laws, and actual practices with qualified counsel before relying on this page as a final policy.

    See and correct your information

Sign in to review your public profile and edit your name, work history, skills, and other professional details in Profile. Settings shows contact and notification preferences. If you cannot change something yourself, email us with a correction request.

    Access, copy, and deletion requests

In Settings, use Export JSON to download account information, including your profile, work history, messages, access history, and transactions. The Delete Account flow requires your password and an explicit confirmation, then removes your account and associated app records. You cannot undo it; records held by outside providers are not deleted by this action.

If you have credits, earnings, transactions, or contact-access history, deletion is paused so you do not lose value or remove another member's access record without review. For those cases, a review of access records, or other requests, email support@nilbash.com from your account address if possible. We may verify your identity and explain applicable retention limits.

    Directory and contact access

The directory shows public profile fields to visitors; additional professional email and outreach information may be available to a member who obtains contact access. Turn off Active Data Licensing in Settings to hide your profile from directory search and public profile views and prevent new contact-access grants. This also prevents previous purchasers from opening your profile in the app while the setting is off; past access and transaction history remain recorded and disclosures already made cannot be recalled. For additional opt-out or removal requests, contact support.

    Where laws provide additional rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to know, correct, delete, or limit use of personal information, subject to legal exceptions. For California-specific information and opt-out requests, see CCPA Compliance. You can ask about any of these rights through the Contact page.
